Well Visits & Physicals

  • Ages 3 and up: $70 (includes sports physicals)

  • Under 3 years: $50

Well visits include: History, physical exam, height, weight, blood pressure, and developmental evaluation (age-appropriate)

Quick Testing Available

$10 additional charge for:

  • Rapid Strep test

  • Influenza test

Travel Convenience Fee:

$20 for neighboring counties:

  • Muscatine County

  • Clinton County
